The tender was published by Special purpose association for state secondary schools in the southeast of the Munich district on 09 Mar 2026 for Lv 4040 - pv system The subject of the contractor s work is the manufacture delivery and assembly of Construction of an extensive photovoltaic system for the new building of the Putzbrunn high school The scope of services includes the delivery and assembly of PV modules several inverters of different performance classes a battery storage system 276 kWh as well as the associated substructure distribution systems and protection technology This also includes the complete DC and AC cabling data and fiber optic connections installation systems on the roof and in the building as well as the installation of sub-distributions and network system protection components Work is also required in the outbuilding including the battery storage room such as cable routes installation devices lighting and potential equalization The course also includes commissioning documentation instruction as well as the required crane and transport services The school and sports hall are positioned in such a way that they form a spacious forecourt to the west The school yard area will be created in addition to the existing protected forest in the south The sports areas are in the rear part of the property to the east of the building The school and sports hall are positioned in such a way that they form a spacious forecourt to the west The school yard area will be created in addition to the existing protected forest in the south The sports areas are in the rear part of the property to the east of the building The outline of the school building is created by two bodies that merge into one another Circumferential escape balconies connect both bodies into one building The larger eastern part of the school building houses grades 5-10 as well as specialist classes and has two spacious inner courtyards with no basement The administration and teaching area as well as grades 11-13 can be found in the eastern part of the building In addition to the spacious foyer there is space on the ground floor for the slightly lowered auditorium which is classified as a meeting place Under the auditorium is the naturally ventilated large garage with 81 parking spaces which is accessed from the west The school building has a partial basement to accommodate the technical systems The sports hall area is also structurally connected in the basement This part of the building is partially lowered and includes a separate entrance area a triple gym a single gym and a two-story climbing room Due to the lower interior height of the single gymnasium the roof area of the 4th part of the hall will be expanded into a terrace by adding an outside staircase and made usable as a lounge area and grandstand A PV system will be installed on the green roof areas of the triple gymnasium and the school building The school building will be constructed in the basement as a solid reinforced concrete structure and from the ground floor in hybrid construction as a reinforced concrete frame structure filled with solid wooden wall elements The ceiling components used are predominantly wood-concrete composite ceilings consisting of stacked timber elements and top-up concrete The underside of the wooden elements receives acoustic milling and remains visible later The triple gymnasium will be built using solid construction The ceiling structure consists of BSH double panels with acoustic trapezoidal sheet metal formwork The single gymnasium will be built using pure reinforced concrete solid construction Since this is a large-scale construction project involving a variety of different trades the execution period for this work can vary due to circumstances that the client could not plan in advance e g special weather conditions delays in the release of plans statics default insolvency of previous contractor by up to 6 months An extension of the construction time by 20 of the construction time estimated for the trade but a maximum of 6 months does not lead to any additional costs Remuneration claims of the contractor.
