The tender was published by AOK Rhineland Hamburg - The Health Insurance Fund on 06 Aug 2025 for Maintenance cleaning This award procedure is aimed at suitable and qualified companies that carry out maintenance and glass cleaning in the following building AOK Haus Duisburg Schifferstra e 20 22 approx 5 700 m floor area - 4 OG to 12 OG AOK Haus Duisburg Schifferstra e 20 22 approx 2 250 m of glass surface - 4 OG to 12 OG The object advertised here is frequented daily - Monday to Friday The office workstations are not permanently assigned to the employees and will leave the principle after the Clean Desk principle i e no personal or other objects that are not part of the basic equipment of every workplace Since the AG is largely digital there are no other items e g roll container trash can at the office workstations or below the desks Only the pure base area was used for the area calculation for this object In addition there are the surfaces of desks cupboards kitchens etc to calculate this for the offer realistically is the task of the offering companies Input gets them based on attached object plans the representation of the locations and jobs contained therein Appendix 12 A description of the equipment of the jobs and the offices Annex 01a through the spatial directory room book Appendix 02 and through the property inspection Special features in relation to the tasks of the AN for maintenance cleaning Lot 1 are the special cleaning intended as part of the contract period 2 times a year referred to the regular special cleaning The order volume of the special cleaning is approximately 5 of the net annual order volume per cleaning The regular special cleanings are commissioned separately by the AG see point 4a special performance requirements The scope of the tender is a total of approximately 630 000 m of cleaning area in the AOK Haus at the Duisburg Schifferstrasse location and according to Valider has a volume of approx 108 800 euros net a year This results in a total net volume of approx EUR 505 000 00 for the contract term of four years including all possible estimated price increases Incidentally reference is made to the provisions provided.
