Management of the water supply requirement in the context of pond management in upper lusatia taking into account the structural change - 3 sub -project web portal Against the background of a forecasted water intake requirement due to the cli-manals and lignite exit it is advisable to exploit all options for optimal nutrition of the available waterscape bid in Lausitz The ponds and pond groups used by the internal fishing pond economies in the catchment area of the Spree and the black magpie are a relevant water user with approx 70 million m of water volume As part of their management these will be filled regularly in spring and drained in autumn The evaporation and infiltration-related additional water requirement as well as the fishing management required during the management period is covered from the flowing wave of the flood The pond economies are therefore an integral part of water management of the Spree and the Black Elster In addition the pond economies represent an essential economic factor in the region and have a very high cultural-historical importance with a 750-year tradition It makes an important contribution to nature conservation The UNESCO biosphere reserve in Oberlausitzer Heide and pond landscape is part of the Natural area Oberlausitzer Heide and pond landscape In order to optimize water management in the study area detailed information about the pond economies or pond hosts are necessary and their manners In the following TW is used for pond economies or pond hosts The project Management of the water supply in the context of pond management in Upper Lusatia taking into account structural change is intended to revise optimize and digitize the entire process of data acquisition and communication with the TW of the inland fishing as well as the further use of the data within the LTV and for other Saxon authorities The project is divided into four sub -projects Part 1 Development database Part 2 Entiring Specialist Data Part 3 web portal as an exchange platform 4th part hydrological modeling The processing of the 3rd subproject is the subject of the present task In the 3rd subproject the previous process of data acquisition and communication letter and email communication between the TW and the authorities is to be expanded by an online process which should enable a short-term coordination of the respective weekly water requirement and the weekly water output from the managed ponds The service description for the 3rd sub -project takes place in Chapter 3 of the task Processing takes place in 5 processing steps 1 Processing step - workshop with selected pond hosts 2 Processing step - Creation of the concept of the web portal 3 Processing step - Creation of a design of the layout design 4 Processing step - technical implementation programming 5 Processing step - documentation of the project description of the web portal manual
