When designing accommodation, counselling, support, and meals, all parties involved must consider the particular vulnerability of children, women, young people, LGBTQI* asylum seekers, people with disabilities, religious minorities, people with serious physical illnesses or mental disorders, older people, pregnant women, single parents with minor children, victims of gender-based violence, female genital mutilation, forced marriage or human trafficking, and victims of violence based on sexual, gender-related, racist, or religious motives. Appropriate measures for adequate care are required. Providing care for large numbers of refugees who must live in an unfamiliar environment and lack their own financial resources places high demands on the service providers ability to fulfill their responsibilities. The client therefore expects a particularly reliable and highly flexible service provision from a service provider with experience in this field. The maximum value of this framework agreement is €15,000,000.00 for the tendered period, including extension options.
