Mhh - framework agreement for strategy management and implementation consulting to accompany digital transformation The MHH is undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation In the coming years a holistically networked platform-based MHH IT ecosystem will be gradually built up which will replace historically developed isolated IT architectures This ambitious digitalization project includes different perspectives as visionary guidelines for the conception planning and implementation of the transformation project They define central areas or fields of action for different stakeholder groups which together enable the holistic transformation of the MHH and are implemented through numerous project initiatives Smart clinical processes Design of consistently digital workflows that map the entire treatment path - outpatient and inpatient - transparently and efficiently Data is recorded once and used intelligently to minimize administrative effort and maximize treatment quality Intuitive digital tools Development and establishment of applications with outstanding user-friendliness UX that intuitively support our employees in their daily work promote acceptance and create joy in use Open interoperability platform Breaking down data silos by building an open modular platform Replacing monolithic systems with interoperable services to ensure secure and standardized data exchange between all applications and partners Intelligent decision support Harnessing existing data to support clinical and nursing decisions Integrated systems for medication management quality assurance and AI-based diagnostics increase patient safety and promote evidence-based treatment Digital patient empowerment Activating patients to become active partners in their health via a secure digital patient portal including communication across sector and facility boundaries FAIR data ecosystem for research Building an infrastructure that enables the management of research data consistently according to the FAIR principles Findable Accessible Interoperable Reusable Accelerated Translation Data Science Creation of an optimal environment for data science through the close integration of supply and research data Rapid validation and implementation of new findings directly at the bedside enables development times to be shortened High-performance computing for AI precision medicine Building a high-performance computing infrastructure with the necessary computing power for the medicine of the future including genome sequencing or development of complex AI models Measurable Digital Maturity Excellence Active and transparent control of digital transformation using recognized maturity models such as EMRAM Complexity of the higher education IT ecosystem The university s desired IT ecosystem forms the central technological basis for all clinical processes It is based on a platform-oriented architecture that seamlessly integrates specialized applications and interoperably networks them via standardized interfaces In addition to the already known challenges in the digitalization of clinical processes the MHH also expects challenges that are currently unknown to arise The MHH needs needs-based support services for its digital and cultural transformation The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement with an economic operator for the necessary support services The framework agreement tenders an estimated maximum purchase quantity of 3 500 person days 28 000 hours A minimum purchase quantity of 730 person-days 5 840 hours is guaranteed no purchase obligation is agreed beyond the person-days exceeding this The framework agreement regulates the pricing conditions when services are called up The framework agreement is advertised for a minimum contract period of 48 months with an extension option of 1 1 years The maximum contract term of the framework agreement including extension is 72 months
