Structural improvement expansion of the Garmisch-Partenkirchen Clinic - specialist planning technical equipment ELT LPH 5 9 To improve the structure the Garmisch-Partenkirchen Clinic is planning to expand the existing main clinic building in a southerly direction with a new building construction phase 8 to improve the infrastructure and care capacities The new building will be constructed as a six-story building with the option of later adding up to three floors The construction will take place in the area of the existing chapel which will be dismantled for this purpose The connection to the existing building is essentially on the same floor This requires structural and technical adjustments as well as restructuring and shifts in use Spaces that become available are adapted and put to new uses The measure includes the clearing of the construction site dismantling work surrounding and adaptation work on existing supply structures the construction of the new BA8 building connection work to the existing building restructuring of the existing building and measures to maintain hospital operations during the construction period The new building houses the building services kitchen delivery disposal areas transformer station low-voltage main distribution AV SV and the emergency power supply in the basement On the upper floors there are service rooms laboratory areas intensive care geriatric use as well as on-call and patient rooms A photovoltaic system will be built on the roof A connection to a new energy center is being created The clinic s electrical supply comes from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen municipal utility s medium-voltage network As part of the measure a new energy center with a medium-voltage transfer point will be built and connected to the BA8 and existing energy supply systems The BA8 s power supply comes from new NSHV systems in the TN-S system The telecommunications equipment meets the requirements of a modern hospital To ensure the supply a new emergency power supply system with an output of approx 1 600 kVA will be built in the basement of BA8 and connected to the clinic s existing backup power supply Areas are planned for later expansion of the energy and emergency power supply -- The subject of the order is the services of specialist planning for technical equipment ELT LPH 5 - 9 according to HOAI 2021 The commission is carried out in stages in accordance with Section 55 HOAI In the event of an order stage 1 service phases 5 6 and 7 are commissioned as the first The client will decide whether to commission additional service levels as the process progresses No demands for the transfer of further service levels or additional services can be derived from the gradual commissioning -- Planning should begin shortly after the order is placed probably in May 2026 Construction of BA8 is scheduled to begin in November 2027 and commissioning is planned for February 2031 - The special services are designed as options that the client can call up but which they are not obliged to call up -- The contract will be based on the Certiform Boorberg contract template
