New construction of a parking garage in Adenau (Wimbachstraße), Lot 2 - Technical equipment services

The City of Adenau, represented by the Adenau municipal administration in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for The town of Adenau is planning the construction of a new parking garage on Wimbachstraße in 53518 Adenau. The existing parking structure, built starting in 1982, is to be demolished and replaced by a new building with approximately 194 parking spaces. The preferred option, variant 1B (split-level construction, prefabricated steel structure), is being pursued. The site is located on a slope; the building must be secured against the incline. Electric vehicle charging stations in accordance with legal requirements (GEIG) and a photovoltaic system on the roof (optionally with a green roof) are also planned. The demolition of the existing parking structure and any necessary earthworks/civil engineering for the foundation will be awarded as separate construction contracts and are not part of this tender; however, they must be considered in the planning. Funding from urban development grants is to be used for this project. A preliminary design, including specifications for the essential materials and a life-cycle assessment, must be prepared; a structural engineering review by the SGD (State Agency for Spatial Planning and Development) is expected. Compliance with the funding requirements must be ensured. The planning services will be tendered in three lots, each with a separate announcement: Lot 1 - Building design according to Section 34 of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) in service phases 1-9, including – each to a subordinate extent – ​​the landscape design of the outdoor facilities according to Section 39 HOAI and the planning of the connection to public transport facilities according to Sections 45 et seq. HOAI; Lot 2 - Technical building equipment according to Section 55 HOAI in service phases 1-9 (focus on electrical systems: photovoltaics, charging/electric mobility infrastructure, elevators; HVAC systems to a subordinate extent); Lot 3 - Structural engineering according to Section 51 HOAI in service phases 1-6. Estimated total construction costs (net, rough estimate from the feasibility study): Cost group 200 - approx. EUR 500,000, Cost groups 300/400 - approx. EUR 3,528,000, Cost group 500 - approx.
