New construction of the "Am Erdwall" daycare center - Technical building equipment phases 1-9

An escape balcony fulfills fire safety requirements by providing the primary escape route for the common rooms on the upper floor. The flat roof, with a minimum slope of 2 to 3%, will be greened, thus improving the climate during the summer months (protecting against overheating). The kitchen is designed as a kitchen for preparing fresh meals. All kitchen-related rooms, such as storage and staff rooms, are located directly adjacent to the kitchen, ensuring short walking distances for staff. Deliveries are made via a separate side entrance, which kitchen staff can also use. Technical equipment: Heating is provided by a geothermal heat pump with underfloor heating. Decentralized ventilation systems are planned for the restrooms and the kitchen. A photovoltaic system is planned for the roof; the exact dimensions are still to be determined. A storage system with a capacity of less than 20 kWh is planned to eliminate the need for a separate utility room. The generated electricity will primarily be used for the building's own power needs.
