New construction project Petrus-Canisius-Grundschule Weeze: Metalwork - PR facades BT-A light wells

The Gemeinde Weeze in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for The client (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") is issuing a Europe-wide tender for the metalwork – specifically, the PR facades, section A "Light Courtyards" – for the new Petrus Canisius Primary School in Weeze. The remaining metalwork – PR facades – for sections B and C will be awarded in separate tenders. A detailed project description and the corresponding scope of work can be found in the specifications document and its appendices (part of appendix set 03). Bidders are strongly advised to conduct a site visit to gain a thorough understanding of the local conditions and the work to be performed before submitting their bids, in order to avoid miscalculations in pricing. Any subsequent claims by the successful bidder based on circumstances that would have been apparent during a site visit will be precluded. Registration for a site visit can be done via the messaging function of the procurement portal. The performance period for the relevant service is expected to extend from mid-December 2026 to the end of February 2027. Work is expected to commence in mid-December 2026. The entire project must be completed by the end of February 2027 (final completion date) at the latest. The execution/assembly documents to be prepared by the contractor must be completed no later than two weeks after the contract award and submitted to the client by email and in duplicate on paper in verified form. IMPORTANT: The specifications in the invitation to tender and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract must be strictly observed with regard to scheduling. Due to the tight timeframe, bidders must expect the work to commence immediately after the contract award.
