The State capital Munich construction department in Germany from Europe region had released this tender for Object and structural planning for constructive engineering buildings for transport systems in accordance with paragraph 43 and 51 of the hoai performance phase 1-9 for the repair and widening of the thalkirchner br cke bw nr 33 02 in munich as well as special services In order to improve the local situation for pedestrians and cyclists as well as if necessary to optimize the public transport connection between Thalkirchen and Harlaching planning services of the object and structural engineering planning according to 43 and 51 of the Honorary Association for architects and engineers - HOAI for the repair and widening of the Thalkirchner Br cke bw Isar advertised at the Munich zoo In recent years the Thalkirchner Bridge has been subjected to an intensive examination As a result it can be stated that the foundation and the space specialist are in good condition but the superstructure including the orthotropic plate must be repaired urgently after more than 30 years Construction must be started in 2028 at the latest According to the city council decision session template No 20-26 V09740 of 05 12 2023 the renewal of the superstructure is to be used in order to create widening for a cycle path crossing Taking into account the existing node grid the load -bearing room two knots on the lower belt towards the south should be widened This leads to a multi -width of the superstructure of approx 5 60 meters To absorb the loads from the widening of the bridge the establishment of the existing building must also be expanded accordingly Since the bridge is subject to an architectural right the widening of the previous pillars and abutment must be widened and the optical appearance must not be changed in principle The bridge should continue to be used for private transport In addition a minibus as line traffic should be able to cross the bridge in the future This must be taken into account in the planning During the construction period foot and bicycle traffic should be maintained on the existing bridge or on the expansion A detour of foot and bike traffic via an additional makeshift bridge on the side is currently not planned The planning must be taken into account that the entire Isar with adjoining bank areas in the area of the bridge is part of the FFH area Oberes Isartal There is also potential flood risk Therefore it should be planned in such a way that the flood damage can be minimized in the course of the construction process The total order essentially includes the following engineering services - Object planning constructive engineering structures for transport systems in accordance with Section 43 of the HOAI performance phase 1-9 for the repair and widening of the Thalkirchner Br cke as well as special services Structure planning of constructive engineering structures for transport systems in accordance with Section 51 of the HOAI performance phase 2-6 for the repair and widening of the Thalkirchner Br cke as well as special services to LPH 9 The planning results including cost calculation The service phase 2 must be available in good time for the project permit in the city council until 16 03 2026 Only the overall performance is awarded Applications Only partial services are not taken into account with tender notice no.
