If the waste oils are classified as Class 9 "environmentally hazardous substance," the contractor will make the corresponding entries in the accompanying documents. The same applies if the contractor classifies additives or other components in the waste oils as hazardous goods during the review of the safety data sheets. In both cases, the contractor must inform the client in writing beforehand. Any costs for a possible reclassification must be included by the contractor in their overall cost calculation. The waste materials tendered here become the property of the contractor and must be disposed of professionally and in an environmentally sound manner in accordance with the German Circular Economy Act (KrWG). The contractor has specified the disposal procedure (in accordance with Annexes 1 and 2 of the KrWG) in Appendix B-02 Price List. The waste management regulations for the disposal of the materials removed from the facility must be observed. Insofar as the accepted waste cannot be recycled or thermally recovered, the contractor undertakes to dispose of the waste in an environmentally sound manner in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The service includes (performance according to the following service description): Regular emptying and cleaning as well as professional disposal, filling with fresh water and transport of the separator contents (according to specifications for maintenance / general inspection) by means of a vacuum truck, including loading and unloading time, personnel deployment, equipment and setup times, ensuring unscheduled special emptying/cleaning,Monthly self-inspection as required (visual inspection by a qualified expert including all travel costs), maintenance of the separator systems (including pump lifting shaft for grease separators) by a qualified expert in accordance with legal requirements including maintenance report and all travel and incidental costs, the 5-year general inspection, performance of the recurring inspection by a qualified expert in accordance with legal requirements including inspection report and all travel and incidental costs, preparation of inspection reports as well as the creation and maintenance of an operating log, the documentation of evidence (order slip/delivery note, acceptance certificate, etc.), the provision of a monthly billing list as well as the provision of an annual waste balance (quantity statistics).
