Planning services technical equipment of system groups 1 2 3 4 5 8 for the renovation work of the information house at the ahaus location The Ahaus information center is a central part of the BGZ s communication activities at the interim storage locations and in the surrounding regions As a place for dialogue and encounters the BGZ operates its own information house in Ahaus which gives citizens transparent access to information about the interim storage of radioactive waste Against this background the BGZ plans to comprehensively renovate and realign its information center at the Ahaus location The aim of the renovation project is to modernize the existing building technically functionally and design-wise and to turn it into one to further develop a sustainable barrier-free information and dialogue center The planner must provide the following basic services according to HOAI 2021 55 Technical equipment according to HOAI 2021 Part 4 - Section 2 KG 400 Fee zone II fee rate minimum rate The intention is to commission service phases 1 to 8 for the system groups Wastewater and water systems TGA AG 1 Heat supply systems TGA AG 2 Ventilation systems TGA AG 3 High-voltage systems TGA AG 4 Information technology systems TGA AG 5 Building automation TGA AG 8 Only the performance profile associated with the course of the project will be remunerated There is no entitlement to compensation for services that have been omitted in comparison to other service profiles BGZ attaches great importance to sustainable construction and would therefore like to implement the DGNB standard or equivalent for the planned measure Certification is not currently taking place but the planning services are intended to guarantee that certification can be carried out subsequently after the building has been renovated The provider is already familiar with the DGNB standard and has carried out some measures accordingly and proves this in the application for participation The client will evaluate the information and take it into account accordingly in the evaluation matrix of the award procedure The planning and documentation of the execution services should be carried out using BIM For BIM two separate project documents are created On the one hand the AIA client information requirements Client Information Requirements AIA contain a concrete description of the company and project-specific BIM goals and requirements On the other hand the BAP BIM processing plan The BIM Processing Plan BAP describes the concrete implementation of the BIM specifications from the AIA and thus represents a requirement specification for the contractor s scope of delivery To determine the preliminary remuneration and prepare the offer the allowable costs net were estimated according to DIN 276 as follows a Preparatory measures preparation and development of the construction site with KG 200 -- b Buildings and interiors Buildings with KG 300 765 533 EUR with KG 400 793 193 EUR with KG 600 148 610 EUR c Outdoor spaces and traffic facilities with KG 500 -- The final determination of the fee is based on the cost calculations to be prepared by the planner in LPh 3 HOAI in accordance with DIN 276 in the current version
