Process support for training at work aida As part of the classic dual training for young talent NWK the integrative approach Training in Work AidA supports the transfer of theoretical training content into professional practice It thus makes a decisive contribution to sustainable and effective training The procurement item includes supporting the AG in the cross-jurisdictional SGB II and SGB III introduction integration and continuation of self-organized and work-integrated learning This includes both work-integrated learning for employees and NWK s training to become a specialist in labor market services The focus is on the development of learning arrangements that address both target groups as well as on supporting the change process within the group The contractor must support the AG in the cross-jurisdictional legal circles SGB II and SGB III introduction and institutionalization perpetuation of the self-organized and work-integrated learning of the trainees at the AG The following key performance areas of the contractor are the subject of the award Process support of the initiated change process in the legal circles SGB II and SGB III including development of learning arrangements for the internship phases of the second and third year of training see 5 1 of the LB Interlinking the new learning arrangements in the internship phases with the existing concepts for teaching theory in the learning modules see 5 2 of the LB Quality assurance of the implementation and continuity of training in work establishment and ability to independently adapt the developed products see 5 3 of the LB The following additional optional components are also being considered Further development of the determination of training success and the performance and competence assessment after switching to AidA see 5 4 of the LB Conception work for training in the future competence learning digitalization and automation processes transformation action see 5 5 of the LB When providing its services the AN must take into account the framework and working conditions in the BA s offices as well as the content of the present concept of self-organized and work-integrated learning and the implementation logic of the change process that has been initiated since 2021 He must provide his service in such a way that the service optimally supports the AG s business policy expectations of the goals associated with the permanent anchoring of the self-organized work-integrated working method of the NWK creates these consistent connections to the approach of learning process support work-integrated learning and the underlying attitude and methodology and thus noticeably continues the core technical elements ensuring freedom from contradictions or coherence to the previous introduction qualification process The contract term begins when the contract is awarded The service period also starts when the contract is awarded and ends after 36 calendar months at the same time as the contract term The estimated demand volume over the entire service period is approximately 19 person-months PM which corresponds to 3064 person-hours PS One PM corresponds to 20 person days PT and one PT corresponds to 8 person hours PS The services are gradually accessed by the BA as needed throughout the entire term The actual call-off quantity can be exceeded or fallen short - depending on technical requirements and budgetary circumstances There is no obligation on the part of the BA to call Billing is based on actual effort The maximum quantity for this procurement is 25 person months PM This value represents the upper limit under procurement law for the use of the framework agreement and has no connection with the estimated quantities or budget resources used by the BA
