Procurement of a wlan infrastructure for the h ms The subject of this tender is the development of a WLAN infrastructure for Internet access at the Hessian University for Public Management and Security H MS at its four campuses in Wiesbaden Kassel Gie en and M hlheim am Main and two branch offices in Lich and H nstetten The following services are part of the service description - Planning including advice for setting up a WiFi hotspot - Rental of WLAN access points - the associated technical infrastructure including rental of network switches cabling work if necessary - Services for the construction installation operation and fault management of the WLAN infrastructure The hardware products offered must meet the requirements of basic protection according to the BSI standard in accordance with the information security guidelines of the state of Hesse in the version dated October 21 2025 reference StAnz 2025 1123 The company must enclose the relevant certifications e g from T V IT with the offer documents see section 1 5 serial number 9 of the tender regulations and section 3 3 3 of the service description Companies from other EU countries can alternatively present certificates recognized by the BSI The contractor has an information security management system in accordance with ISO 27001 The corresponding certificate must be submitted with the offer see section 1 5 number 10 of the table in the tender regulations and section 3 1 4 of the service description The contractor or subcontractors used by the contractor must be certified in accordance with the current ISO 9001 The certificate must be submitted with the offer see section 1 5 serial number 11 of the table in the tender regulations and section 3 3 3 of the service description As part of data center operations the contractor or subcontractors employed by the contractor must provide the following security and data protection certifications as minimum requirements upon request ISO 27017 Cloud Data Security ISO 27018 Data protection in the cloud BSI C5 Type 1 o Alternatively certificates recognized by the BSI TCDP 1 0 Trusted Cloud Data Protection Profile for Cloud Services It is intended to rent the following quantities of WLAN access points hereinafter AP 154 AP for the Wiesbaden location 60 AP for the M hlheim location 48 AP for the Kassel location 29 AP for the Gie en location 18 AP for the Lich and location 5 AP for the H nstetten location According to our estimates the total quantity requirements are as follows Approx 48 switches of variant 1 Approx 13 switches of variant 2 Approx 10 switches of variant 3 Approx 6 switches of variant 4 The required quantities of WLAN access points and network components switches at the respective location depend on the local conditions such as B the number of LAN or technical rooms their networking with one another fiber optic or copper quantity and the LAN cabling that is locally terminated there to supply buildings rooms and corridors etc According to Section 4 1 of the framework agreement the contractor must provide and lay all the necessary connections and cables LAN connections power connections patch cables etc that are required for the establishment of a WLAN hotspot and are not yet available at the respective location The details are regulated in Section 16 of the framework agreement The required number must be researched and checked individually by the contractor through a site inspection so-called planning call The planning of the WLAN hotspots represents a separate service for the contractor that is separate from the construction and operation of the WLAN hotspot
