Project management services based on section 2 aho no 9 as well as supporting project management services for the areas of building and electrical engineering project levels 3-4 partly and 5 areas of action a - e Provision of project management services project levels 3-4 partly and project level 5 areas of action A to E based on 2 AHO series of publications No 9 Committee of Associations and Chambers of Engineers and Architects for the Fee Regulations e V as well as supporting project management services for the departments of home and electrical engineering including services in the area of commercial kitchen and laboratory technology for the following construction project New school and sports campus Lerchenauer Feld 80995 Munich consisting of 6-class high school with triple sports hall 4-grade elementary school Neighborhood building with central cafeteria double sports hall swimming pool and 3 official apartments Outdoor sports areas on the sports campus existing district sports facility BSA The construction project covers approximately 40 300 m gross floor area GFA and a net floor area NF 1-6 of approximately 35 400 m The project is currently in the HOAI performance phases Lph 5 to 8 project levels 3-4 According to the architect commissioned for phases 5 to 9 the project progress is estimated as follows Lph 5 approx 75 Lph 6 and 7 approx 55 Lph 8 approx 15 The project management task therefore requires the ability to take over the processing of an ongoing project The start of use is planned gradually as follows Primary school 09 2027 Quarter house 09 2027 High school 09 2028 Open spaces sports campus 09 2027 Open spaces primary school 09 2027 Open spaces high school 09 2028 BSA 09 2027 The new school and sports campus is part of a new district that is being built southeast of the town center of Feldmoching in the 24th district of Feldmoching-Hasenbergl 80995 Munich In 2019 the state capital of Munich together with private sponsors announced and decided on the urban development and landscape planning competition on the Lerchenauer Feld The implementation will take place in phases from 2024 and will be available to both the new residents and the surrounding district The newly built school and sports facilities play a central role in the residential area with around 1 670 residential units as they are needed to cover the needs of the new area as well as the existing needs The school and sports area covers an area of approximately 5 2 hectares and will be built in the southeastern part of the new district The high school contains 36 classrooms as well as areas for mathematics computer science natural sciences and technology MINT music and work rooms a library and a break hall It is complemented by a triple sports hall with stands and kiosk which offers space for up to 200 spectators approx 4 500 m gross floor area The basement and ground floors are constructed of reinforced concrete while the upper floors are constructed of wood and drywall construction with wood-concrete composite ceilings The primary school approx 6 800 m gross floor area includes 16 classrooms in all-day operation work and music rooms as well as administrative areas It will be built as a solid wooden structure with wooden supports and a ventilated wooden facade In the district house there is the central cafeteria meeting area with a shared kitchen for both schools approx 3 200 m GFA a double sports hall approx 2 200 m GFA and a swimming pool approx 3 000 m GFA On the second floor there will be three service apartments for the technical property management THV The building will be constructed using reinforced concrete with the insulated outer walls consisting of a wooden frame construction with a ventilated wooden facade The roof or flat roof ceiling is partly made of reinforced concrete and partly made of wood The sports facilities including the outdoor sports areas are designed for both school use and club sports In addition the project also includes the partial renovation of the adjacent district sports facility existing grass playing field approx 66x105m and the provision of appropriate bicycle parking spaces
