The performance period for the relevant service is expected to extend from mid-January 2027 to mid-August 2027. The work is expected to commence in mid-January 2027. The entire project must be completed by mid-August 2027 at the latest (final completion date). IMPORTANT: The specifications in the invitation to tender and the project management documents must be strictly observed with regard to scheduling. Since the school will commence operations on September 1, 2026, the work must be completed by mid-August 2027. Due to the tight timeframe, bidders must expect the work to commence immediately upon contract award. The following clarification regarding the basis of the bid is provided: The exact scope of work is detailed in the schedule of services and its corresponding appendices (part of appendix set 03). • The qualities specified in the specifications, which form the basis of the present planning content, are to be understood as minimum requirements. • Contractual details can be found in the Special Terms and Conditions of Contract (BVB – Unit Price Contract – Appendix 04) and the specifications including the Supplementary Technical Contractual Terms (ZTV) (part of Appendix 03). • The winning bidder will be requested to submit the corresponding preliminary cost calculation to the contracting authority before the actual contract award. • Forms VHB Bund 221 “Price Determination for Award-Benefit Calculation” and 222 “Price Determination via the Final Sum” may be requested by the contracting authority during the bid evaluation.
