The Construction project includes demolition and new construction. There is an interim facility on the site which went into operation in the 2023/24 school year. The planning and construction management of the Demolition, including foundations and underground pipes, is carried out by a specialist Specialist construction management. No construction phases are planned. All parts of the building (schools, HfK, Sports hall) should be put into use at the same time. The entire school building complex is scheduled to go into operation in the 2028 school year. The new building consists of the following areas of use: • Primary school • Middle school with specialist classrooms • House for children (3-3-1) (integration facility) • Apartment for the THV • Triple sports hall • Underground car park GFA approx. 14,000 m² BRI: 96,581 cbm The upper floors are designed with a supporting structure using a hybrid timber construction (Wooden skeleton system with supports and beams with wood-concrete composite ceilings). The Facades are predominantly prefabricated facade elements in a wooden frame construction or designed as floor-to-ceiling post-transom facades. The planning plot points Swifts protected under species protection law and trees worth preserving. The Protection and preservation of both is a high priority throughout the entire construction project. The property borders on a residential area. This results in sound insulation problems. The need for one further speed of primary and middle school, thus an accompanying increase The building is currently being expanded to include an additional floor for elementary and middle school in examination. The technical and design requirements for possible implementation are already integrated into the planning. The impact on costs and project duration are specified in the course of the requirements decision. Planning begins immediately afterwards upon placing the order.
