The client and the contractor understand their collaboration as a partnership-based service relationship founded on reliability, quality, transparency, trust, and continuous improvement. The contractor undertakes to perform the assigned services with due diligence and to do everything necessary and reasonable under the specific circumstances to achieve the objectives. To this end, the contractor will acquire knowledge of the contracted areas and buildings, enabling them to identify potential hazards early on, organize and implement appropriate measures as needed, and inform the client. A key prerequisite for this is the deployment of suitable, trained permanent personnel. With this in mind, the contracting parties conclude this agreement. The objective of this framework agreement is to ensure professional, reliable, and flexible security for the properties of GSI and FAIR. The contractor, through qualified personnel and defined security processes, guarantees in particular: - the protection of persons (employees, guests, visitors, external companies), - the protection of buildings, facilities, critical infrastructure, assets, and information, - access control and a representative reception service, - the monitoring of security-relevant facilities and qualified alarm and intervention handling, - participation in hazard prevention, emergency and crisis management, - smooth operational processes and support for the clients (AGs) operational processes.
