Renovation and expansion of the Bad Köstritz secondary school

The Landratsamt Greiz in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for The former horticultural institute building, later converted into the "Hans Settegast" general education school, located at Werner-Sylten-Straße 14 in Bad Köstritz, has a rectangular footprint, four stories, a gently sloping gable roof (nail trusses), and a basement extending approximately 32 meters in length. The building was constructed in 1903, converted into a general education school in 1966, and has been used as a secondary school since 1990. The entire basement was flooded in 2013. The building is classified as a special-purpose building, belonging to building class 5. The planned renovation and expansion of the "Hans Settegast" secondary school in Bad Köstritz is necessary due to the backlog of renovations in recent years.
