The estimated cost for the project (cost groups 300+400, as of August 2026) is approximately €5.50 million gross. The current planning status envisages the following project milestones: - Start of planning services: March 2027, - Start of construction: February 2028, - Expected completion: February 2030. These dates represent the currently planned framework schedule and will be further refined during the planning process, particularly taking into account the division into construction phases and ongoing school operations.
