Renovation of the Zeller Land adventure pool - Lot 40c - Landscaping work (outdoor facilities)

The Verbandsgemeindeverwaltung Zell (Mosel) in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for The Zeller Land indoor swimming pool was built approximately 45 years ago as a purely sports-oriented pool adjacent to the existing outdoor pool. In 1993, the indoor pool was expanded, and the outdoor pool area was closed, except for the childrens paddling pool. For this reason, the client decided to demolish the indoor pool and the adjacent service buildings (restaurant, residential building, etc.) and replace them with a new building. Only the basement level with the swimming pool (built in 1974) and part of the service buildings will remain.
