Road and sewer planning in the Obere/Untere Schanze district

The City of Detmold - Department 5 - Real Estate Management and Civil Engineering in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for The city of Detmold intends to rehabilitate/redesign the streets and the stormwater and wastewater drainage systems in the Schanze district. The goal is to ensure hydraulic performance, assess structural integrity, and coordinate the development of new areas, taking into account concurrent road and district heating construction projects. Lot 1: Project Planning for Traffic Facilities and Engineering Structures. The planning contract includes, firstly, the structural and hydraulic rehabilitation of the stormwater and wastewater sewers in the streets Untere Schanze, Obere Schanze, Amselweg, Amselhöhe, and Unter der Jugendherberge in Detmold-Hiddesen, in accordance with the Detmold Wastewater Disposal Concept (ABK) (Order Number 01.05.01), and secondly, the redesign of the streets. In some areas, there is no regulated stormwater drainage system, necessitating the initial development of such systems. As part of the sewer rehabilitation project on Parkweg, the hydraulic calculations and dimensioning of a subnetwork were carried out. The results of the dimensioning will be made available. Furthermore, all existing structures and shafts that are not being renewed due to hydraulic requirements must be structurally assessed. Remediation concepts must be developed for any structural defects, coordinated with the client, and implemented. All other necessary assessments, calculations, documentation, notifications, and applications are part of this contract. LOT 2 Technical Equipment The goal of the lighting design is standard-compliant illumination of the outdoor area according to DIN EN 13201-1/2, while adhering to the current version of the Federal Nature Conservation Act (BNatSchG). The design relates only to the luminaire and its support structure. Electrical power design is not included in this offer. The interface is the terminal block in the cable junction box.
