Road inventory information system strabis The subject of the order includes 1 The delivery of standard software permanent provision for a one-off payment purchase in the form of 15 licenses named user with the option of 5 more of these licenses in years 6 to 15 Note Esri ArcGIS licenses that may be required by the contractor s solution are available at LHM These cannot be offered by the contractor 2 Any necessary adjustments to the standard software under 1 in accordance with the requirements of LHM 3 Making the system operational in particular a the installation and configuration of the software in the LHM infrastructure on all required environments b the integration into the existing LHM system landscape on the server side in the it M infrastructure and on the client side in the infrastructure of the construction department c Initial filling of the system with data e g user management data migration data d the commissioning of the interfaces e Execution of developer tests for any necessary further developments support of integration and system tests including error correction support of acceptance tests f Carrying out performance and load tests g Accompanying the introduction early life support 4 Carrying out data migration This activity primarily includes a Creation of a migration concept b Automated data migration c Testing and quality assurance of the data migration carried out 5 Documentation The contractor provides the client client with the following documents user manual administrator manual for technical administrators and operating manual for technical administrators 6 Conception creation of training documents and implementation of the training courses 7 Service and maintenance The services and maintenance maintenance for the IT specialist process which are paid for separately by the contractor starting on the day after the go-live including real data migration after approval by the client The services and maintenance run for five years with the possibility of two optional extensions of five years each The extension option can but does not have to be used The service and maintenance include all licensed system components including the described interfaces Note Remote maintenance is possible during operation of the specialist application server level by LHM 8 Support services for further development and project management as well as test and quality management until complete acceptance of the system in particular coordination of cooperation with the overall project management of LHM The specification of the individual estimated quantities was made based on the current demand situation and does not constitute an obligation to accept delivery to the contractor The quantity structure shown is based on the client s realistic needs estimates and takes current planning into account The contractor is not entitled to request the support services 9 Support services for the contract term after acceptance optimizations and expansions of the system according to requirements customizing and test and quality management Further support services must be offered for the entire contract term including optional extensions The specification of the individual estimated quantities and the option was made based on the current demand situation and does not constitute an obligation to accept delivery to the contractor The quantity structure shown is based on the client s realistic needs estimates and takes current planning into account The contractor is not entitled to request the support services Note The provision of hardware is not part of the tender
