Rv voice and speech training RV voice and speech training It is intended to conclude a framework agreement for the implementation of the qualification series listed below for voice and speech training for telephone service advisors TSB and managers FK of the service centers SC with up to 3 suitable bidders per lot who have submitted a commercial offer The call for tenders is aimed at companies that have expertise in the preventative training of employees who work in industries such as call centers or similar fields of work and who are among the most talked-about people The contract term begins when the contract is awarded The period of service provision begins when the contract is awarded and ends on November 15 2029 simultaneously with the contract term without the need for termination The BA has no obligation for trainees to accept a specific number of seminars During the contract period 60 one-day basic seminars in the Qualification and Training Service Center QTSC Mettmann location and at the QTSC Halle location 105 two-day advanced seminars at the QTSC locations in Mettmann and Halle 8 two-day management seminars at the QTSC locations in Mettmann and Halle to enable employees to prevent and recognize health problems The exact quantities per lot are given in Chapter I 1 As a measure of economic efficiency the following upper price limits were set for the daily rates for conducting seminars in face-to-face format Lot 1 Mettmann location 1 280 00 euros net Lot 2 Halle Saale location 1 400 00 euros net Offers that exceed these price limits will be excluded due to their uneconomic nature A Basic seminar for telephone service advisors The basic offerings are carried out in person at the two QTSC locations These are located in Mettmann and Halle Saale and each last one net day The seminar begins at 1 p m on the day of arrival and ends at 12 p m the following day The basic seminar consists of 8 teaching units 1 lesson of 45 minutes each for TSB of the SC in the Federal Employment Agency BA B Advanced seminar for telephone service advisors The implementation takes place at the respective QTSC locations The seminars consist of two net days The seminar begins at 1 p m on the day of arrival and ends at 12 p m on the day of departure C Management seminars FK The management seminars must be held in person at both QTSC locations These are located in Mettmann and Halle Saale and each last two net days The seminar begins at 1 p m on the day of arrival and ends at 12 p m on the day of departure Managers also learn explicitly that each TSB creates an individual transfer plan for their vocal health in the advanced seminar and that this should be followed up in on-the-job training TAP The management seminar consists of 16 teaching units 1 lesson of 45 minutes each for team leaders of the SC of the BA as well as the creation of seminar documents for the participants Please see the service description for further details
