The Max-Planck-Gesellschaft z.F.d.W. Generalverwaltung; in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for The MPG has a regular need for the supply of Cisco endpoints, accessories, analog gateways, and software/licenses for its Cisco VoIP telephony video system, as well as Ascom DECT endpoints, gateways, base stations, and management systems for connecting to the Cisco VoIP telephony video system. The subject of this procurement procedure is therefore the conclusion of framework agreements with one (1) framework agreement partner per lot. These partners will support the contracting authority, on demand, in selecting Cisco endpoints (including maintenance and accessories), software/licenses, and Ascom DECT devices and display systems, and will supply them accordingly. The contracting authority places particular importance on a diverse range of manufacturers for Lot 4, so submitting a bid must also commit to the manufacturers offered. The scope of services comprises the following components: • Integration of the framework agreement products and services (catalog integration) via the digital MPG marketplace, • Sale and delivery of Cisco end-user and video conferencing devices, software/licenses and Ascom DECT devices, licenses and display systems including related accessories (whereby the accessories can be ordered separately) according to the lots, • Provision of maintenance services, • Provision of a hotline ("Hotline RV Partner"), • Reporting with reports on individual orders and the agreed product range. with tender notice no. 687241-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
