Security services wiesbaden and h nfeld Execution of security services in the Hessian Central Data Processing HZD property in Wiesbaden and H nfeld - under the responsibility of the HZD Security centers at the Wiesbaden and H nfeld locations The security centers in Wiesbaden and H nfeld must be manned around the clock 7 x 24 x 365 days with two people per shift The security centers are responsible for all alarm processing and internal assistance Furthermore HZD s properties must be monitored by the service provider s staff using burglar alarm fire alarm and loudspeaker systems as well as the video system The other tasks of the security centers also include the operation of lock doors to security areas Access cards of employees ID cards of service providers and visitors must be checked for validity and authorization The central key cabinets must be managed and monitored for the properties The issuance and return of keys must be documented accordingly Security staff must carry out regular locking and inspection tours in accordance with HZD specifications The electronic guard control system is provided by the client The documentation of the inspection tours must be sent electronically to the HZD on a daily basis In addition the security centers are first aid centers and contact points for emergencies in the HZD so that all employees of the security centers must have first aid training and be trained in the use of AEDs automatic external defibrillators Furthermore the fire extinguishers approx 250 pieces must be managed and checked through visual inspections The proper use of parking spaces on and in the properties must be monitored and visitors must be instructed The scope of services includes among other things the implementation of cordoning measures the storage and distribution of lost property the hoisting of flags 3 and the keeping of various documentation The security service in the security centers at the Wiesbaden and H nfeld locations involves a total of around 35 040 annual working hours Reception area in the main building at the Wiesbaden location The reception area in the main building is the first point of contact for HZD employees service providers craftsmen and visitors Reception is integrated into the client s emergency processes together with the security center The main tasks of reception include assigning rights to the access control system issuing ID cards and instructing service providers and visitors in the security regulations of the HZD and in the security zones of the buildings The reception services at the Wiesbaden location involve a total of approximately 2 124 annual working hours Access control system ZKS service office at the Wiesbaden location The access control system ZKS service office includes the control of the personnel employed in the security centers and at the reception in Wiesbaden The tasks include among other things the creation of rosters and guard instructions for all work processes in the security centers Furthermore various administrative and system management as well as additional tasks must be carried out Before security employees can be deployed they must undergo a security check in accordance with HS G 8 2 The services for the access control system ZKS service office at the Wiesbaden location total approximately 4 092 annual working hours
