Security solution cyber attacks We are looking for an integrated EDR MDR solution that takes on permanent control of the devices collects data analyzed consolidated and recognizes real attacks and treats it immediately The solution must make all processes forensic and enable your own research and reviews In addition to the contractual commitment to the management services the advertised order also includes the delivery of the necessary software products installation services maintenance support onboarding as well as training or instructions from the responsible staff of the district administration The contractual relationship is based on an EVB-IT contract that is attached to the tender documents and is to be signed by both contractual partners after the contract is distributed This contract has already been pre -filled by the client side and can be noted here The service can be offered both as a locally operated solution onprem and as a cloud solution It is necessary that the solution offered is designed according to the specifications of the Mitre Att ck Framework This ensures comprehensive coverage of known attack techniques and tactics as well as a standardized approach to the detection and defense against threats In addition the requirements of the modules the 1 detection of security-relevant events of the Federal Office for Security in Information Technology BSI must be fully met This ensures that the solution corresponds to the high security standards that apply to public administrations in Germany This tender is aimed at experienced service providers which are able to develop and implement a holistic cyber security strategy that is specially tailored to the needs and requirements of public administration It is expressly allowed to have the service carried out by a subcontractor or partner aptitude loan It is important that the EDR solution and the MDR come from a single source The proposal criteria mentioned must then be fulfilled by the subcontractor partner and to provide evidence in accordance with the request for offer The subcontractor partner and the services he had taken are to be named in writing Providers are experienced when they meet the aptitude criteria We attach particular importance to a solution that not only reacts reactively to threats but also proactively identifies and addressed potential weaknesses In addition we expect the service provider to continuously adapt the security measures to the constantly developing threat landscape The performance blocks mentioned in the system of performance description_ Directory are offered in the system The detailed requirements and performance parameters for all components can be found in the attached system performance description_ Directory Appendix 2 Performance parameters
