Service work for Siemens medical devices and retrofitting of Deep Resolve on four MRI systems

The LMU Clinic Klinikum der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universit t M nchen in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for I Project The subject of the intended procurement is the adaptation and continuation of existing service contracts for Siemens medical devices currently in use as well as the inclusion of service for devices for which no corresponding service contract currently exists Furthermore the Deep Resolve software solution will be retrofitted to four suitable MRI systems as part of the service The procurement thus encompasses both ensuring the reliable technical operation of the existing Siemens devices and their further technical development in line with requirements The inventory comprises technically complex medical devices from various clinical and diagnostic application areas including magnetic resonance imaging interventional imaging X-ray diagnostics mammography nuclear medicine and other areas of medical imaging and diagnostics These devices either did not require maintenance within the warranty period due to their new condition or are currently being maintained by the manufacturer These are explicitly not devices whose maintenance has been discontinued by the manufacturer i e not out of service devices The inventory currently comprises a total of 54 devices of different generations and technical configurations The devices are distributed across various technology types product and system families as listed below X-ray 32 devices from the following product and system families ARTIS LUMINOS MAMMOMAT SENSIS SYNGO UROSKOP YSIO Computed tomography 5 devices from the following product and system families SOMATOM NAETOM C-arm 7 devices from the Cios product and system family Magnetic resonance imaging 8 devices from the MAGNETOM product and system family Nuclear medicine 2 devices from the SYMBIA and BIOGRAPH product and system families II Facts of the Case All affected devices remain in regular clinical operation and are being used according to their intended medical purpose and are currently being maintained by the manufacturer These are explicitly not devices whose maintenance has been discontinued by the manufacturer i e they are not out of service devices They are an integral part of the existing clinical care structures and essential for the performance of the respective diagnostic and therapeutic services with tender notice no. 666823-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
