Supply of medical oxygen for mobile oxygen supply o bottles Lot 1 The subject of this lot is the supply of medical oxygen approved as a medicinal product in bottled gas form for patient transport The supply includes the direct and reliable delivery service to various stations cost centers the return of empty bottles as well as organizational and technical support relating to oxygen supply Takeo bottles are currently required for 59 stations or delivery points in two bottle sizes 2 L approx 10 of the required quantity 5 L approx 90 of the required quantity If possible direct delivery to the 59 delivery points is desired If the bidder offers a different delivery routine the internal logistics costs are added to the offer costs when evaluating the offer and the total costs of the offer are determined The stock of filled bottles currently consists of around 200 bottles The bidder can deviate from this number but is committed to specifying the quantity - 20 deviation An emergency concept that covers the production itself and the ability to deliver must be presented Lot 2 The subject of this lot is the delivery provision regular filling and maintenance of a stationary oxygen tank liquid O2 for the continuous supply of medical oxygen to the facility including ensuring operational readiness and compliance with all legal requirements e g according to the Medicines Act and the Medical Devices Act - Daily consumption approx 1 100m - Tank size approx 30 000m capacity If there is a change of operator the existing oxygen tank must be replaced by the contractor Page 7 of 16 - The existing foundation should continue to be used if possible The contractor will bear any additional costs arising from an exchange e g adjustments or necessary renovation work The oxygen tank system must be equipped with a modern reliable monitoring system that continuously records the fill levels pressure and temperature in the tank as well as the function of the supply lines - The dismantling and disposal of the old tank if necessary as well as the installation and commissioning of the new tank including all necessary technical acceptance and documentation are part of the scope of services The existing tank must be disposed of properly by the contractor or provided for further use at the contractor s discretion and responsibility - An emergency supply based on the above-mentioned consumption must be provided connected and operated for the period of the tank change This must not be done using the existing reserve bottles in the house An emergency concept must be presented that describes how uninterrupted supply can be ensured in the event of a malfunction or failure as well as during maintenance and repair operations This includes a production backup alternative sources of supply e g mobile tanks or oxygen cylinder systems as well as measures to immediately restore supply within 4 hours This supply which is to be delivered in addition to the existing reserve bottles must also be guaranteed on weekends and public holidays - A 48-hour operational backup emergency reserve must be provided and monitored - Emergency care also includes the provision of emergency kits for manual oxygen delivery in individual areas if necessary
