Support services for sap human capital management hcc As part of the application support of the Hessian SAP state reference model for LRM HR technical and strategic consulting services are required which are advertised in one lot The aim is to support ongoing operations and the further development of the following SAP HCM components and applications especially in the areas of problem management change management and development projects with technical advice on the implementation of new business processes and their technical implementation - Personnel administration PA - Organizational Management OM - Position plan management SPM - Time management PT - Event management VM - Recruitment and development PB PE - Personnel cost planning PKPL 4 6c - Travel Management TM - Payroll PY - Utility billing utility administration VADM - Specialist applications ESS e g e-recruiting absences - Specialist applications Electronic personnel files - Print and output management - Authorization management - Programming - Learning Solution - HANA transformation - Artificial Intelligence AI - Mobile ESS business processes on the Business Technology Platform BTP On this basis professional and technical support in the design and optimization of SAP business processes is to be provided particularly in the area of the Hessian Ministry of Culture This includes the development and implementation of customer-specific components both in the SAP backend as well as in the service portal and on the BTP as well as their support during ongoing operations The customer-specific SAP HMKB components that are to be finalized and further developed include among others - PPB planning personnel and budget - BeKA requirements capacity and work planning for study seminars - VMQUAK SAP event qualification and accreditation management - Other customer-specific solutions These components must also be adapted to the HANA transformation and transferred to future-oriented platforms taking into account the SAP strategy for new and further developments The following tasks in particular come into consideration for the various operational consulting and development services - Methodical consulting and coaching according to professional standards in development and operation incident and change management - Professional and technical support in the redesign and optimization of business processes - Development customizing and programming in the SAP standard as well as customer-specific solutions using technologies such as Web UI Java ABAP ABAP OO WebDynpro Fiori and Business Server Pages - Support with newer technologies such as HANA cloud applications and AI - Technical and professional support during conception testing migration go-live and rollouts - Know-how transfer within the framework of workshops as well as creation and presentation of documentation and work results The services to be provided relate both to the individual SAP systems in the HCM environment operated in the country in particular to the service portal as well as to the interactive processes between the system landscapes which requires comprehensive process knowledge and specific module and programming knowledge The expected number of person-days to be provided is 1 750 PT per year For the maximum term of the contract of 4 years a forecast requirement of 7 000 PT can be assumed
