Tender for planning services for the project energy-related renovation and modernization of the three-field sports hall of the bti neuss anton-kux-stra e 41460 neuss lot 1 object planning buildings and interiors The Rhein-Kreis-Neuss intends to carry out the energy-efficient renovation and modernization of the BTI Neuss three-field sports hall The Rhein-Kreis-Neuss is looking for suitable contractors to take on the necessary architectural and engineering services The required services are advertised separately in the following lots Lot 1 Property planning buildings and interiors Lot 2 Specialist planning of technical building equipment Lot 3 Specialist planning structural planning and building physics With this procedure the services for Lot 1 are initially advertised Lot 1 Property planning buildings and interiors The Hammfeld Hall was built in the early 1970s as a three-field hall with adjoining rooms and has a grandstand for 800 people making it a meeting place The building is largely in its original condition In particular the facade building shell and technical equipment are outdated and energetically inefficient The route is confusing there is no clear main entrance and there are no barrier-free sanitary facilities Overall there is a high need for renovation and modernization Only the sports floor was renewed in 2023 The planned measures include the energetic upgrade of the building shell as well as the fundamental modernization and reorganization of the sanitary and changing areas Barrier-free facilities for athletes and visitors are to be created and management centralized In addition central visitor sanitary facilities a new foyer with a cloakroom and a spacious multi-purpose room with a kitchen and a higher ceiling will be created This will have a transparent facade and a clearly visible new main entrance In addition a PV system and a green roof are being considered provided the roof statics allow this and the costs for necessary roof reinforcement do not exceed the planned costs A partial replacement of the existing facade elements exposed concrete panels with translucent elements should be examined The roof openings on the flat roof in the changing area should be adapted to the newly planned floor plan The energetic parameters of the outer shell result from the funding conditions and are shown in the energy concept see appendix It is intended to use funding under EnSanRR for the energy-efficient renovation of the existing building
