Brief description: The aforementioned inspections must be carried out exclusively by qualified persons in accordance with TRBS 1203, as electrical specialists. Written proof of qualification of the testing personnel for testing electrical equipment, machines, and welding equipment must be confirmed and presented to the client. The contractor must provide the client with risk assessments in accordance with Sections 5 and 6 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act for the testing activities before commencing work. The tests are to be carried out independently by the contractor. The relevant electrotechnical regulations must be observed. Before commencing work, the personnel involved must undergo safety training. A dedicated team of testing personnel must be assigned. The coordination and scheduling of the tests must be carried out independently on site. The contractor must assume that the equipment to be tested will first need to be located on site. The tests must be scheduled within the operational workflow and coordinated with the respective users on site, particularly with the respective laboratory managers in laboratories. This procedure will be carried out building by building at each location. A central contact person from the relevant department will be available. No further client personnel will be available. Room and site plans will be provided. All tests must be carried out using suitable,Calibrated measuring and testing equipment in accordance with DIN EN 61557-16 (VDE 0413-16) must be used. Calibration certificates must be presented to the client before work commences without being requested. The measuring instrument used, including its type designation and serial number, must be documented in the test report. If defects in the building's electrical infrastructure are also discovered during equipment testing, the client must be informed. The total volume is approximately: 35,000 electrical devices, 400 electrical machines, 20 electric welding machines, and 2,000 electrical devices prior to initial commissioning. The total volume stated is an estimated number for the first year of execution at all listed locations. Due to one-, two-, and four-year testing intervals, the volume will vary in subsequent years within the framework agreement. The services for repeat testing will be provided at the following locations between January and November of each year: The official language at Hereon is German and, if necessary, English; therefore, Hereon expects on-site communication to be possible in at least German. Hereon intends to award the contract with a start date of January 1, 2027. The initial contract term is two years, i.e., until December 31, 2028.
