(3) Successive delivery and permanent transfer (sale) of accessories according to communicated requirements for the new x86 server devices referred to in section (1) in order to upgrade the server device in question by adding previously non-existent hardware and/or software components and/or by expanding or renewing existing hardware and/or software components. (4) Presetting (customer adjustment) of the new x86 server devices delivered as described in point (1) in accordance with the KfW specifications. (5) Continuous maintenance of the servers delivered in accordance with paragraph (1) by updating their firmware and hardware-related software in the form of bug fixes (fixes, patches), security updates and functional expansions (upgrades). (6) Elimination of malfunctions on the server devices delivered in accordance with paragraph (1) by providing appropriate support (replacing defective parts, installing patches/bug fixes or updates or upgrades for the firmware and hardware-related software of the devices).
