The intention is to procure a new workflow and automation tool for MGP's SharePoint SE. As a replacement for the existing Nintex Workflow & Forms tool, software with the functionality and service scope of Nintex Automation K2 or a comparable* on-premises solution with combined use with SharePoint SE, M365, and other applications is sought. Additionally, the software must include a tool that measurably reduces the migration effort from Nintex Workflow to the new system by transferring the workflow structure. Workflow migration is not part of this contract. *A service is considered comparable if it meets the following requirements: • Full on-premises deployment • Windows-native low-code process automation • Reusable, virtualized data objects for abstracting heterogeneous systems • Browser-based form development without local installation for workflows and forms • Deep integration with Microsoft technologies and SharePoint Server • An extensible .NET service broker model • Migration support through a migration tool to transfer the workflow structure from Nintex Workflow to the new system.
