The tender was published by City of Iserlohn on 17 Oct 2025 for Tnw new construction of the iserlohn main fire and rescue station The AG intends to award the measure to a general contractor with a total lottery The general contractor must carry out the planning and construction of the entire project from a single source The subject of this award is the total contractor services for the entire project i e all necessary architectural and engineering services work services and deliveries required for the turnkey functional defect-free and ready-to-move-in production of the main fire and rescue station on Dortmunder Stra e as well as the interim solution in Lanferkamp including the moves as well as outdoor facilities and traffic areas and parking spaces are required even if the partial services are not mentioned in detail The subject of the contract of the contractor therefore includes - With regard to the interim solution at Lanferkamp o Independent and comprehensive updating of the client s planning up to and including the approval planning until it is ready for execution o Conversion of the commercial property at Lanferkamp 3 into an interim location for the main fire and rescue station on time properly and in accordance with the contract on the basis of the building permit - With regard to the main fire and rescue station at Dortmunder Stra e 112 o timely proper and contractual planning construction and provision while maintaining the operational readiness of the fire and rescue services o conversion and renovation of the existing parts of the building in component 5 o proper dismantling and provision of the required disposal service with regard to existing parts of the building that do not require renovation o new planning and execution of the required media supply and disposal including all necessary enclosures o redesign and timely and proper construction and provision of the outdoor facilities including the parking spaces With the handover of the interim location at Lanferkamp and also the newly built main fire and rescue station the client expects an immediately fully functional building that can go into operation without any disruptions In addition to the contractor s planning and construction tasks his scope of services also includes the complete implementation of all necessary moves The following moves are expected - Moving from the existing location on Dortmunder Stra e to the ready-to-move-in interim location on Lanferkamp - Moving from the interim location on Lanferkamp to the completed and accepted new building of the main fire and rescue station on Dortmunder Stra e The moves will only take place after it has been ready for occupancy or after acceptance The contractor is expected to provide a complete solution ranging from logistical planning to the design of packaging material clearing out and packing transport to unpacking and putting away The moving items include furniture loose furnishings and equipment and the like such as files dishes etc The fleet is moved by the user themselves Even during the moving phases it must be ensured that fire and rescue services continue to operate.
