The Stadt Freiburg i. Br. - Assignment management in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for Renovation of the listed Lortzing School, Lortzingstr. 1, 79106 Freiburg. The Lortzing School building complex is currently largely in its original condition (1950s) and is a listed building. The condition of the buildings necessitates extensive renovation work that cannot be carried out within the scope of ordinary building maintenance. The aim of the renovation is to ensure the long-term preservation of the existing structure through sensible modernization. The scope of the project will be developed based on a comprehensive review of legal requirements, technical feasibility, historic preservation regulations, maximum energy efficiency, and project funds. The extent to which additional optimizations regarding climate and species protection can be considered will also be examined during the planning process. Existing floor space to be considered: approx. 9,000 m² gross floor area / approx. 6,000 m² net usable floor area. Implementation period for all measures: 2027–2032.
