To ensure consistent quality and regularity in the delivery of such programs, a trainer pool will be established. Suitable and capable trainers will be included in this pool and contacted by HZB as needed to conduct training sessions. No fixed quota will be agreed upon. The trainers are expected to use training methods that address different target groups and learning styles, cater to the specific needs of scientific, administrative, and technical staff, and foster a respectful and open learning environment that reflects the diversity of the workforce.
