Die Laufzeit beginnt mit Überlassung und endet nach 3 Jahren. Vertragsbeginn ist ab Zuschlagserteilung. Der Auftraggeber verpflichtet sich, die 2.050 im LV genannten Lizenzverlängerungen innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Zuschlagserteilung zu beauftragen. Der Abruf der darüber hinaus im Leistungsverzeichnis angebotenen 500 Lizenzen ist für den Auftraggeber innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit optional.
