Der Auftraggeber verpflichtet sich, die 2.050 im LV genannten Lizenzverlängerungen innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Zuschlagserteilung zu beauftragen. Der Abruf der darüber hinaus im Leistungsverzeichnis angebotenen 500 Lizenzen ist für den Auftraggeber innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit optional. Der Vertrag endet mit Ablauf der beschafften Lizenzen am 10.12.2029.
