B. in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for The municipality of Kressbronn am Bodensee is planning the ecological renovation of its school swimming pool, which dates back to the 1970s. The indoor pool on Maicher Straße in Kressbronn has been an integral part of the local sports and leisure landscape for decades. It plays a central role in school, club, and recreational sports and is also an important meeting place and health promotion hub for the entire population. The Kressbronn indoor pool is also of significant importance to the six directly surrounding municipalities of Tettnang, Meckenbeuren, Bodolz, Nonnenhorn, Eriskirch, and Wasserburg, whose approximately 48,000 residents use the pool. In addition to school swimming, the pool also offers rehabilitation and health courses through the adult education center (VHS). Senior swimming, swimming lessons, and regular public use complete the 60 hours of operation per week. Built between 1970 and 1971, the core structure of the building exhibits typical 1970s architectural style with minimal thermal insulation. The swimming pool is heated via a district heating system supplied by the Parkschule Education Center. The indoor swimming pool consists of a single-story building with changing rooms and sanitary facilities in the northern section. This section is to be renovated and restructured. The southern half of the building houses the 25-meter swimming pool. As part of the renovation work, this section of the building will be stripped down to the bare floor. The facades and roof will then be reconstructed. A suitable architectural firm with experience in swimming pools and working with public clients is being sought for the building and interior design services in accordance with Sections 33 and 34 of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI), starting with phases 3-8 and 9. Phase 2 will be reviewed; this service will be compensated at 3%. The contract will be awarded in stages. In the first stage, phases 3 and 4 will be commissioned. There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of subsequent phases.
