VgV Specialist Planning for Building Services Engineering (Electrical Engineering) - Connecting Construction Ravensburger Straße 1 and 3 Bad Waldsee

The Bad Waldsee, a large district town in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for The large town of Bad Waldsee intends to construct a multi-story connecting building between the administrative buildings at Ravensburger Straße 1 and Ravensburger Straße 3, adjacent to the Historical Town Hall. The purpose of this measure is to create a central and clearly visible entrance area, improve orientation for citizens, and ensure barrier-free access to all usage levels of the two administrative buildings. Additionally, an optimization of the existing areas is planned, to be achieved through reorganization and minor construction measures. The connecting building will incorporate an elevator to connect the six existing floors, an additional staircase as an emergency exit, public barrier-free sanitary facilities on the ground floor, as well as additional office space in the upper floors. Furthermore, proposals for improved connection of the building at Ravensburger Straße 1 to the Historical Town Hall (Hauptstraße 29) are to be developed. During this process, all office units within the building will be reviewed and possibly adjusted. The connecting building is located in a construction gap and adjoins three existing buildings. Currently, a VgV procedure with planning is being conducted for the connecting building. The result of this planning is expected to be available by mid-December 2026 and can then be made available. For the specialized planning services TGA in accordance with §§ 53, 55 HOAI ALG 4-5, optional 6 (ELT), LPH 1-8+9, an appropriate engineering firm is sought. The engagement shall proceed in stages. ALG 4: Power supply installations ALG 5: Telecommunications or information technology installations ALG 6: Support installations (person lift) optional. The estimated total cost for the connecting building amounts to approximately 1.45 million euros gross, with KG 300, 400, and 700. For cost groups 300 and 400, an estimated gross amount of approximately 1.2 million euros is assumed. The planning will commence immediately after engagement; completion is planned by mid-2028.
