A suitable engineering firm is being sought for the building services engineering (TGA) planning services in accordance with Sections 53 and 55 of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI), cost groups 1-3, optionally cost group 8 (HVAC), phases 1-8 and 9. The contract will be awarded in stages. The following system groups are planned: Cost group 1: Wastewater, water, or gas systems; Cost group 2: Heating systems; Cost group 3: Air handling systems; Cost group 8: Building automation (optional). The estimated total costs for the connecting structure amount to approximately €1.45 million gross, for cost groups 300, 400, and 700. Cost groups 300 and 400 are estimated at approximately €1.2 million gross. Planning is to commence immediately after the contract is awarded; completion is scheduled for mid-2028.
