The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks in Germany from Europe region had released this tender for Voek 395-25 forest fire protection work in the federal forestry agency of lower saxony Type of service Soil cultivation maintenance of the existing infrastructure of wound strips fire protection strips and aisles on the former Tr bPl Ehra-Lessien with protected technology as well as conventional technical equipment This is a framework agreement --- Due to former military use or war events there is a suspicion of explosive weapons and a regulatory ordinance restricting entry blocking ordinance for the two properties Ehra-Lessien 0360076 and Naturerbe Ehra-Lessien 0300351 Based on various phases of explosive ordnance detection and clearance updated documentation from the accompanying engineering office is available and is made available to the executing company during the briefing Based on this documentation it emerges that the driving vehicle must have the following safety devices in accordance with DGUV 201-027 in the event of only frontal impact from explosive ordnance to protect those operating the machine -Special frontal safety glazing of resistance class BR 6 of DIN EN 1063 or the blast resistance ER4 according to DIN EN 13541 and -Installation of a reinforced cabin floor with the minimum protective effect of 12 mm steel with a minimum yield point S 235JR according to DIN EN 10025-2 For rear-operated devices comparable requirements apply that result from the changed processing direction This does not apply to positions 6 to 8 in the service specifications Here technology can be used without the aforementioned safety devices --- Recommendations for the required working procedures can be found in the specifications Appendix B-02_LV_PB_VOEK_395-25 Rotary or rotary mowers do not achieve the desired work results and therefore must not be used The use of a plow is also not possible as a working depth of 20 cm cannot be guaranteed with this processing method Deeper cultivation leads to unwanted soil mixing and the risk of explosive ordnance being transported into deeper cultivation horizons The use of a heavy milling machine is also not possible The framework contract includes the maintenance of the existing infrastructure of wound strips and fire breaks and strips The areas to be worked on have been searched and released for processing but have not been cleared and have already been cared for by machines in recent years All orders are commissioned by the district manager based on an annual plan based on specific individual requests The specific processing date is agreed between the responsible district manager and the executing company with a lead time of 14 days Since the operation is heavily dependent on the weather the actual start of work can be postponed and must be coordinated immediately with the district manager There is no minimum quantity requirement for a respective place of work day The billing units specified in the list of services represent the maximum expected quantity The expected total minimum quantity proportion e g of 66 represents the guaranteed annual minimum purchase Calling up the remaining optional quantity proportion of 34 is non-binding The estimated order value is 26 725 00 net annually --- Further information can be found in the tender documents with tender notice no.
