The Works and the Contract expected to be awarded under this IFT is: CONSTRUCTION OF 1NO. AREA COUNCIL AT MAFI- ADIDOME and to be completed in SIX (6) calendar months. 3. The CENTRAL TONGU DISTRICT ASSEMBLY now invites sealed Tenders (“Tenders”) from eligible and qualified entities or persons (“Tenderers”) to provide the works referenced above. 4. More details on the requirements are provided in the Bills of Quantities, Specifications, Performance Requirements and Drawings included in the Tender Documents 5. This IFT is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers who wish to respond to the relevant “Tender Documents”. Qualification requirements are as described in Section III. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria. 6. A contractor will be selected under a Missing through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 which are provided on the PPA website at www.ppaghana.org. 7. Eligible Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Documents may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the following address: PROCUREMENT UNIT from 08:00-17:00 local time. 8. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be accessed by interested Tenderers through the e-GP portal (https://www.ghaneps.gov.gh). 9. A Pre-Tender meeting N/A 10. The deadline for submission of Tenders is 19/07/2024 at 10:00AM local time. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the e-GP portal (https://www.ghaneps.gov.gh) at or before the time specified above. In order to submit a bid, interested Tenderers must pay a non-refundable participation fee of 500.00 GHS. The method of payment will be through the Government Electronic Payment Portal. 11.
