Information to be provided include: Description and experience in executing similar assignments, Organizational setup, partnerships/relationship charts, ownership and beneficiary structures, brochures, availability of appropriate skills among key staff, required licensing and professional registrations, verifiable proof of commercial and financial capabilities, power of attorney of contact person(s) for any possible further communications etc. Statutory documents including Letter of Interest, Company profile, Valid Certificate of Registration of Firm, Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable), Valid Certificate from PPA. The consulting firm will work with GNPC’s IT Department to ensure delivery of objectives including but not limited to the following: • To establish a structured and efficient framework for managing IT services within GNPC.
