1. A Pre-Tender meeting shall be held for all Tenderers. Eligible Tenderers are therefore required to meet at the Conference Room of the Engineering Services Department, Akuse in the Eastern Region at 11:00 hours GMT on Thursday, May 4, 2023.
The deadline for submission of Tenders is May 31, 2023 at 13:00hours GMT. Tenders must be delivered to the Engineering Services Department Conference Room, VRA – Akuse, in the Eastern Region (GPS Address: EL-1014-3646) at or before the time specified above.

Tender Description: The scope of the Works expected to be awarded under this IFT includes but not limited to:
• Dismantle all members of the 8No., 80m tall Wind Masts and recover all instruments and accessories mounted on the Masts.

• Transportation of the decommissioned masts and accessories to Akuse (VRA’s Procurement yard) for storage.
