Eligible Tenderers are therefore required to meet at the Conference Room of the Engineering Services Department, Akuse in the Eastern Region at 11:00 hours GMT on Thursday, May 4, 2023. The deadline for submission of Tenders is May 31, 2023 at 13:00hours GMT. Tenders must be delivered to the Engineering Services Department Conference Room, VRA – Akuse, in the Eastern Region (GPS Address: EL-1014-3646) at or before the time specified above. Closing Date: 31st May, 2023 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢300.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: The scope of the Works expected to be awarded under this IFT includes but not limited to: • Dismantle all members of the 8No., 80m tall Wind Masts and recover all instruments and accessories mounted on the Masts. • Demolishing and removal of the concrete foundation of the Masts and Guy Wires to restore grounds to their original state. • Transportation of the decommissioned masts and accessories to Akuse (VRA’s Procurement yard) for storage. • Prepare and apply Anti-Rust material on decommissioned members.
