Information to be provided include: Description and experience in executing similar assignments, Organizational setup, partnerships/relationship charts, ownership and beneficiary structures, brochures, availability of appropriate skills among key staff, required licensing and professional registrations, verifiable proof of commercial and financial capabilities, power of attorney of contact person(s) for any possible further communications. Statutory documents including: Letter of Interest, Company profile, Valid Certificate of Registration of Firm, Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable), Valid Certificate from PPA. The consulting firm will work with GNPC’s Integrated Energy Team to ensure delivery of objectives including but not limited to the following: • Analyse the demand and potential for business opportunities in the low-carbon energy market. • Identify and evaluate potential risks and challenges associated with low-carbon projects, including but not limited to; market, technological, financial, regulatory, social, environmental, and technical risks that may affect the project’s success. • Outline a plan for reskilling and upskilling the company's workforce to work in an integrated energy company. • Identify low-carbon projects that fit the Corporation’s Social License objectives..
