This IFT is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers who wish to respond to the relevant “Tender Documents”. Qualification requirements are as described in Section II. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria. 3. A Contractor will be selected using the National Competitive Tendering procedures prescribed in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended, which can be accessed on the PPA website www.ppa.gov.gh. 4. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements. • Valid Business Registration Certificate • Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate. • Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate. • Valid Registration Certificate from PPA/Evidence of Registration • Valid Labour Certificate • Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Certificate (D3K3 and above) 5.
