It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements. • Valid Business Registration Certificate • Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate. • Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate. • Valid Registration Certificate from PPA/Evidence of Registration • Valid Labour Certificate • Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Certificate (D3K3 and above) 5.
