The following information is required from bidders: • Valid Certificate of Business Registration • Valid VAT Certificate (If Any) • Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate (If Any) • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate • Valid Ministry of Water Resources ,Works and Housing Certificate • Valid Ministry of Roads and Highways Certificate • Valid Labour Certificate • Power of Attorney of the Company • Valid Public Procurement Authority’s (PPA) Certificate All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than 2% of the Tender Price from a reputable bank in Ghana. Tender security shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after submission of Tenders. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Administration of the La Dade-Kotopon Municipal Assembly and as well Inspect Tender Document from the Office of the Municipal Co-ordinating Director between 8:30a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday daily on official working days at the address 1 given below A complete set of Bid Documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders on submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 400.00) All sealed bid documents must be delivered to the address below on or before 4th April, 2023 at 10:00a.m. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Bid submission. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the amount stated in the table above or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency..
