Excavation and preparation of the site for the construction of the additional office spaces 3. Construction of the accepted solution for sewage management according to specifications and in compliance with relevant safety and environmental standards. 4. Construction of the additional office spaces according to specifications and in compliance with relevant safety and environmental standards. 5. Provision of drainage systems in the additional office spaces to ensure proper sewage management. C. Mechanical Works 1. Installation of plumbing systems to connect the new office spaces with the existing infrastructure. 2. Installation of sewage pipes and connections to the newly constructed sewage management system. 3. Provision of air conditioning within the extended building. D. Electrical Works 1. Installation of electrical wiring and outlets to support the new office spaces. 2. Integration of lighting systems for both interior and exterior areas.
