Outline of Scope of Works:
A. Propose solution for sewage leakage at the Nuclear Security Support Centre
B. Renovation of existing building
C. Extension of the building to accommodate additional office spaces
A. Architectural Works
1. Design and construction of accepted solution for sewage management and additional office spaces in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations.
2. Integration of the new office spaces with existing structure while maintaining architectural coherence.
3. Provision of suitable entryways, exits, and accessibility features.
4. Installation of windows, doors, and partitions as required.
5. Finishing works including painting, flooring, and ceiling installations.
B. Civil Works
1. Excavation and preparation of the site for the construction of the accepted solution for sewage management
2. Excavation and preparation of the site for the construction of the additional office spaces
3. Construction of the accepted solution for sewage management according to specifications and in compliance with relevant safety and environmental standards.
4. Construction of the additional office spaces according to specifications and in compliance with relevant safety and environmental standards.
5. Provision of drainage systems in the additional office spaces to ensure proper sewage management.
C. Mechanical Works
1. Installation of plumbing systems to connect the new office spaces with the existing infrastructure.
2. Installation of sewage pipes and connections to the newly constructed sewage management system.
3. Provision of air conditioning within the extended building.
D. Electrical Works
1. Installation of electrical wiring and outlets to support the new office spaces.
2. Integration of lighting systems for both interior and exterior areas.
